2. Personal data we process
Website and server data
When you visit the website, the web server and security systems may process technical information such as your IP address, date and time of access, requested page, referring page, browser type, device information, HTTP status and security-related events.

Contact forms and email enquiries

Evaluation and trial requests
When you request an evaluation of a PL/ product, we may process your name, company, email address, requested product, preferred evaluation method, correspondence and technical information needed to provide the evaluation.
Install Kit evaluations
For an Install Kit evaluation, we may process information associated with the download request, CertKey request and evaluation licence, including technical installation or system identifiers required to generate and administer the evaluation licence key.
PL/ Sandbox evaluations
For a PL/ Sandbox evaluation, we may process account and access information required to provide the sandbox service. For security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention, the sandbox and related systems may record technical logs such as account identifiers, connection dates and times, IP addresses, connection events and activity associated with the evaluation environment.
The PL/ Sandbox is intended for product evaluation only. Please do not upload production data, personal data, confidential business information, passwords, private keys, production credentials or other sensitive information to the sandbox.
Sales, orders, licences and billing
If you request a quotation, place an order or purchase a PL/ licence, we may process contact and company details, billing information, tax identification details, purchase-order information, licence information, payment status, contractual correspondence and records required for accounting, taxation, licence administration and customer support.
Technical support
When you contact technical support, we may process your name, email address, company, message content, attachments, product and licence information, software versions, Oracle environment details, diagnostic information and correspondence required to investigate and resolve the issue.
Please remove production data, passwords, licence keys, private keys and unnecessary confidential information before sending diagnostic files or examples.

Where processing is based on legitimate interests, our interests include responding to business enquiries, operating and securing our systems, providing product evaluations, maintaining licence and support history, preventing misuse and establishing or defending legal claims. - authorized OraNext personnel involved in sales, licensing, administration, development and support;
- website-hosting, email, backup, security and IT service providers acting on our instructions;

- banks, accountants, tax advisers, auditors, legal advisers and insurers where required;
